This one-day training course is designed to give your employees the knowledge and confidence to approach the International Regulations for Prevention of Collision at Sea, commonly referred to as the COLREGs.

Popular among GIS and legal professionals in the maritime sector, this course provides the shortcuts necessary to understand the hierarchies and complexities at work in the COLREGs.   • Responsibility, Neglect and Departure.
  • Lights, shapes, and signals.
  • IALA buoyage and AtoNs.
  • Restricted Visibility, R19 Definitions, R19 Action to Avoid Collision.

Specific marine accident investigation reports, anecdotal incident data, AIS and radar tracks, or other case study data may be analysed and added to the course upon request.
