Captain Scott Campbell, Founder and Managing Director, brings a rare, 360° perspective to maritime operations. His seagoing career spans from navigating 6-star luxury cruise ships on a worldwide itinerary during the complex transition from paper charts to ECDIS, to commanding offshore supply vessels, drillships, and CTVs across the North Sea, Mediterranean, and Middle East as a Senior DPO and Master.
Crucially, Captain Campbell bridges the gap between the bridge and the boardroom. Having served as a navigation specialist for the Admiralty and Head of Navigation Publications for a major commercial publisher, he understands the regulatory landscape from the inside out. He has authored 12 MCA-approved training courses, managed GIS teams, and consulted on complex port developments and subsea construction projects.
